Current State of Constitutional Justice
(A Review of Important Decisions by the Constitutional Bench of the Supreme Court)
Published by Nepal Law Society
This review of the decisions of the Constitutional Bench provides in-depth analysis of a selection of cases brought to the Bench from its inception since 2015 to 2018. The book is a resource for the Constitutional Bench itself for more effective and clearer approaches in handling its cases. The rationale for this review is to strengthen the Constitutional Bench’s case resolution and decision-making process while it preserves the constitutional provisions that specially protect and solidify the mechanisms of the new federated structure of Nepal.
