Parliamentary Concern is a resource for parliamentarians for drafting and discussing bills surrounding infrastructure development, gender and social inclusion (GESI) and public administration. It also informs about the budget-formulation process.  This booklet provides foundational knowledge as well as evidence in the above-mentioned topics for parliamentarians and helps address the existing limitations in the policy process such as gaps in institutional memory, lack of policy research, insufficient resources and attention given to the law-making process and the need for technical support to parliamentarians on the foundational knowledge of the law-making process.
