The Subnational Governance Program in Nepal (SNGP) (स्थानीय सरकार सबलीकरण काययक्रम) is implemented through a strategic partnership between the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and The Asia Foundation, in coordination with the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration. SNGP aims is to promote an enabling environment for the development of strong, effective, and inclusive subnational government in Nepal that benefits all.
