Judicial Committees in Nepal: A Closer Look by Til Prasad Shrestha and Namit Wagley


The study draws upon primary and secondary data to take a closer look at the emerging needs of judicial committees. It explores challenges faced by judicial committees and provides insights into potential opportunities for reform that would enable them to fulfill their constitutionally mandated functions and satisfy burgeoning public expectations of a better administered judicial system.
